I’m Laurence Bunker, President, Western Timber Frame. If you think of the way luxury homebuilders bring vision and detail to indoor living, we do that for the outdoors. We’ve transformed over 25,000 backyards with award-winning pergolas, pavilions, and custom structures that become the centerpiece of family life—and we were recently nominated for the SBA Utah Small Business of the Year. Right now, our focus is on expanding our premium outdoor living systems and scaling our Blueprint Sessions to guide more families from dream to design to finished build. Our bigger game is to redefine backyard living across America, making the outdoor space the new center of connection, celebration, and community—and to leave behind a legacy of gathering places that will outlast us all.
