I am Clara Burke, Registered dental hygienist with 25 years of experience, I found that one of the most common questions I receive from patient is; “how can I whiten my teeth?” Follow by “how much will it cost?” Generally the two options a person would have if they wanted their teeth whitened would be to use over the counter products or go to the dentist. The first option, over the counter products, are not always the most effective method. In contrast, going to the dentist is very effective but very costly at the same time.
